Lois M. Durocher
Lois M. Durocher of Garden City, ID passed away May 5, 2017 of natural causes. She was born February 22, 1930 in Caldwell, ID to John A. and Florence M. Gowey. She grew up in Adrian, Oregon and graduated from Adrian High School in 1948. She entered the United States Navy on December 5, 1950 and was honorably discharged on January 4, 1952. Lois was the youngest of 10 children. She is survived by one sister, Pauline Gallaway of Ontario, Oregon and one brother William Gowey of Alamosa, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, four brothers, and one great grandson. She is survived by her three children: David R. Durocher, Robin A. Durocher (Glenn) and Melody G. Payne; three grandchildren, Christie S. Goodall, Jennifer R. Knodel (Ryan) and Michael J. Payne (Ashley); seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was Mom and Grandma to many who came into life.
