Valorie Ann (Teuscher) Barber passed from this earth from an apparent heart attack on Friday morning, August 4, 2017, with her beloved husband kneeling at her side. Valorie was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on September, 8, 1957. She was the third child and only daughter of Mary Anna Reece and Wilford Fredrick Teuscher. Valorie was married to John D. Barber in the Salt Lake Temple on June 28, 1977. Together they had three wonderful children, Daniel, Kristina, and John William; and four beautiful grandchildren.

She taught us through her example. Valorie was quietly dedicated to her family and those around her. Her beauty, grace, presence, and companionship will be deeply missed. She was dearly loved and a daughter of God.
