Arreva Grace Campbell

Tribute

Grace was born in Sacramento, California to William Robert and Arreva Jorgenson Campbell. She had five brothers and two sisters.

Grace attended the Idaho State School for the Deaf and Blind in Gooding, Idaho. After graduation, Grace stayed on at the school and worked in the kitchen helping prepare and serve the meals to the students. She retired after the school year ended in 2006, after serving for almost 47 years.

She was married to Earl Johnson. No children were born to this union. They were later divorced.
Grace lived in Gooding until 2012, when she moved back to Boise. She lived at Brookdale Assisted Living on Parkcenter Boulevard from 2012 until her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Robert, Lawrence, James Richard, and David Bruce; her sisters Janet Whitney and Margaret Ann Cummins; three nieces, Margaret Ann and and Ondrea Cummins and Teara Lee Campbell; and two nephews, Travis Cummins and Jason Marcum. She is survived by her brother William (Sonja) Campbell of Ogden, Utah; sister-in-law Sandra Campbell; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 10:00am at Dry Creek Cemetery under the direction of Relyea Funeral Chapel.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Brookdale for the kind and loving care they gave Grace for eleven years, as well as Dr. Stebian and staff on floor 7 of St. Luke’s for making Grace’s passing so peaceful.
