Darwin William Wylie

Darwin William Wylie, known as Bill to his friends and family passed away in Boise, Idaho on February 11, 2019. He is survived by six siblings, Qwendolyn Wylie, David Wylie, Gail Butler and Steven Wylie of California, Stan Wylie and Kathaleen Lizotte of Washington. 
Bill grew up in Castro Valley, California wrestling in high school and college, having fun with rugby, hiking, and fishing. 
He had a career in I.T. Security that allowed him to travel and work all over the world. He snow skied on the Swiss Alps and scuba dived in the Caribbean. He was always very athletic and loved to hike and fish. Ten years ago he developed heart problems and had to retire from working. 
He chose to move to Boise about 5 years ago. He saw folks fishing the Boise River right in downtown and fell in love with the city. He loved it there and found his way out to the river banks to take up fly fishing.
He suspected his heart may give way and he had made peace with that knowing he may be taken early.
His family and friends will miss him and the stories we can tell. A remembrance will be held in California at a later date.
