Goldie Lillie Morrison

Goldie Lillie Dean Morrison, 91, of Boise, Idaho, passed away February 14, 2019, of natural causes. Lillie was born June 6, 1927, in Madrid, Nebraska, to Samuel E. Jones and Goldie Lillie Lovenburg Jones.

Lillie married James Henry Dolan in 1945 in Kansas. They later moved to Washington and then to Idaho. To this union, there were seven children born. James passed in 1967; in later years, Lillie married Frank G. Morrison. Frank passed in 1987.

Lillie was a member of the Nazarene Church. She loved music and played the piano beautifully.

Lillie is survived by Lloyd W. and Janet Dolan of Jamestown, California; Lorna J. (Lori) and James Wymer of Nampa, Idaho; Glenn S. Dolan and Robin Durocher of Boise, Idaho; Irene C. and Buff Repp of Boise, Idaho; Jimmy R. Dolan of Meridian, Idaho; and Louise A. and Joe Rhodes of Nampa, Idaho. Lillie was blessed with 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Duane J. Jones, both husbands and daughter Florence O. Smalley.

Lillie will be laid to rest at Meridian Cemetery in Meridian, Idaho.

There will be a Celebration of Life on June 8, 2019, in Boise, Idaho. Location to be determined at a later date.
