Harold Lloyd Knickrehm passed away on November 1, 2020, at the Idaho State Veteran’s Home. He was born November 10, 1930, in Mitchell, South Dakota. Harold worked the family farm outside of Mitchell, South Dakota, graduated high school, enlisted in the Army, and served his country during the Korean War. After serving, Harold married Jane Casey and moved to Boise, where he worked as a construction superintendent and constructed buildings such as the Morrison Center, the science building on the BSU campus, and two new buildings on the Morrison-Knudsen campus. He also built the Overland Park and Five Mile shopping centers as well as numerous hotels throughout the West.

Harold is survived by one son, Kevin Knickrehm of Boise; two daughters, Patricia Ziccirelli of Virginia, and Coleen Graves of Boise; and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Jane, his parents, and 4 siblings.
