Madison Jo Moore

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Madison Jo Moore at the tender age of 11 years old.

Madison was embraced with so much joy by her parents Melissa and Tyler on November 20th 2008. She was born beaming with love, strong will, and a warrior spirit. Maddie had deep, piercing blue eyes and the most contagious, heart-warming laugh. 

Madison was a best friend, mentor, and protector to her little sister Raegan and younger brother Jackson, who remain her biggest cheerleaders. In addition to her parents and siblings, she was spoiled to the core by paternal grandparents Troy and Gerrie “GG” Moore and maternal grandparents Dave McWilliams and Trina Torzala. 

Sadly, Maddie left us after a challenging fight with an inoperable brain tumor. True to her warrior spirit, Maddie fought with her signature bravery and her witty humor that always brightened our days. Her battle was not lost but fought with dignity, grace, and light. We were taught to only live in the moment, as Maddie never worried about yesterday or tomorrow, which is a lesson we will greatly appreciate for the rest of our lives. She will be carried in our hearts forever as she plays and cheers with our Lord and Savior.
