Rex Curtis Rivera

Curt Rivera, age 61, of Boise, Idaho, passed away at home on Saturday, April 18, 2020, of natural causes. Curt was born August 20, 1958, in Ontario, Oregon. Curt’s family moved to Boise, Idaho, where he graduated from Boise High School. Curt worked at Eddy’s Bakery with his father and brother.

In 1979, Curt married Margaret Hall, and they were blessed with two wonderful boys, Curtis Shane and Christopher Rex. Curt joined the Boise City Fire Department in 1989 and retired at the rank of captain.

Curt was a great husband and father and was loved very much. Now our hearts are broken; we will miss you, Curt!

Curt is survived by his wife Margaret, sons Shane and Chris, father Robert Rivera of Boise, mother Ramona Rivera of Boise, brother Scott of Meridian, and sister Gina Rivera of Boise.
