Thomas Charles Dolezal

Thomas C. Dolezal (Tom), age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 1, 2022. Born in Parma, Ohio, on March 1, 1966 to Thomas Dolezal (deceased) and survived by his beloved mother Joan (Raynak).

Tom is survived by his 3 sons, Nicholas (Damaris), Mitchel (Amber), Colin (Alma); grandchildren Landyn, Audrey, Aalijaa, Vivyan.

Also survived by siblings Anne, Rita (Dave), Mary (Ryan), Carol; nieces and nephews, Michael, Gaven, Kyle, Dane, and Evelyn; great nephew, Jayce.

A native of Ohio, Tom lived the California Dream with his long-time partner of 22 years, William (deceased) in Chino.

Tom graduated Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School (1984), and earned a degree in Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art (1988).

Tom will always be remembered for his sharp wit, excellent cooking skills, generous spirit, and natural talent as an artist.
 
May he rest and find eternal peace; there were so many people who loved him. As per Tom’s request, no funeral will be held. A private Celebration of Life will be planned for a future time.
