Kayden Alexander Timmons

January 3, 2017 ~ February 18, 2017
After just 47 days in this world, Kayden Alexander Timmons passed away peacefully in his parents’ arms at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Kayden was born January 3 in Boise Idaho and died February 18 in Seattle Washington. Kayden, with his red hair and firecracker personality, was a fighter and fought every day to remain here with his family. His Father in Heaven had a different plan for him. Thanks to St. Luke's Boise and Seattle Children’s Hospital, Kayden’s parents Kyle and Mikelle Timmons were able to spend almost 7 weeks with their precious boy, which is a gift they will forever cherish. He changed the lives of all who loved him for the better in his short time here. He was a valiant spirit which everyone who came in contact with him could feel. Kayden is survived by his parents Kyle and Mikelle Timmons, his older brother Kyson, his grandparents (Curtis & Lisa Timmons and Mary & Tory McDonald), great-grandfather Lloyd Timmons, great-grandparents Robert McDonald & Penny Richards, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kayden joins his cousin Preslie Martin, his great grandparents (Wayne and Fern Bateman), his great-grandmother Charity Timmons, and his great-grandparents (Leroy and Thelma Jones).

A funeral service will take place at Franklin and Locust Grove LDS building at 11 a.m. on March 4. A public viewing will be at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will occur on March 6 at Murray Cemetery in Utah at 3 p.m. where Kayden will be laid to rest alongside his cousin Preslie, with his great-grandparents Fern and Wayne.

“God saw you getting tired, a cure not meant to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come with me.” With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you fade away, although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, your tender hands at rest. God took you home to prove to us he only takes the best”.  By Frances and Kathleen Coelho
