Hyrum was an amazing person. My husband and I first met him when we moved in across the street from him. He was always so friendly to us and our dogs. I then got the chance to know him a little better when I started a new job in the mall. He would go on walks almost daily around the mall and would stop and chat with everyone. All of the associates in my store knew who Hyrum was and would stop what they were doing to talk to him. I'm so sad to hear of his passing and our thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

Hyrum was such a good man. He was one of the kindest men we have ever known. He was always patient with his wife and the kids. He was generous with his time, always willing to pass on what he knew to young people and to me. He helped me a lot with my car and was so good about keeping track o us with a call or a visit even though we were here at the end of 20 miles of dirt road. We will miss him greatly.
